The programs and events on Film Hill will be open for everyone – with some necessary restrictions unavoidable when organizing events in the time of the pandemic
In order to make everyone’s stay on Film Hill as safe as possible, Motovun Film Festival has combined two approaches to organizing the events:
- DAYTIME: Access to indoor daytime screenings will be possible upon producing the COVID-19 certificate
- NIGHT: Outdoor night screenings will be taking place with appropriate physical distance between the viewers; all ticket-holders will be allowed access. Theater capacities will be reduced.
- LATE NIGHT: Access to the late night program (concerts, DJs) will be possible only upon producing the COVID-19 certificate
- CAMPSITE: Only those with COVID-19 certificates will be able to register at the campsite.
COVID-19 certificates will be required at the venues where the organizers cannot fully control the obligatory safety distance between the visitors.
The access to Motovun’s old town and the festival’s central night screenings will be free for all. Also, no special measures have been introduced for the outdoor events and bars and restaurants until midnight. However, those who want to watch films all day and enjoy late night concerts will have to produce the certificate.
For all those without COVID-19 certificate, the festival has organized rapid testing (the locations and conditions to be announced subsequently). All information on obtaining the certificate can be found at: eudigitalnacovidpotvrda.hr
With this combination of measures which allows access for visitors both with and without the certificate, the festival is trying to attain the best possible ratio of safety and access for all.
Helping to bring about a healthy and safe atmosphere, all members of the festival crew have obtained their COVID-19 certificates.
Advance individual tickets for the festival screenings go on sale Tuesday, 13 July. As the theater capacities have been reduced, you are advised to purchase your tickets on time.
