ALL INCLUSIVE PROGRAM: THE VENICE SYNDROME (80')

A city of romance, carnival and gondolas, Venice has perfected the art of transformation. While it may be coveted by foreigners, its dwindling local population can see the reality behind the mask: high prices, poor infrastructure and mass tourism. The “typical Italian social life” is not their cup of tea. Is there an authentic Venice after all? The film tells us how a common good falls prey to a minority. This is a eulogy to the last remaining Venetians, their humor and their hearts.
