The nature of Gorski Kotar conceals many surprises and secrets, so for everyone thirsty for practical knowledge, we have prepared several workshops about its magnificent animal world. Did you know that Gorski Kotar is the only place in Europe where three wild animals – bear, wolf and lynx – coexist? Heads of the Life Lynx project, dedicated to saving the Dinaric and Southeast Alpine lynx population, will introduce you to all the interesting facts about wild animals in our area. You will also learn what to do if you ever encounter a bear.
